Fausto's Bistro Casual Italian Dining & Wine Bar is a locally owned and operated family Italian restaurant. We have been in the 530 Veterans Memorial Blvd. area for over 25 years serving the local community.
Fausto's Bistro Casual Italian Dining & Wine Bar is named after one of the Di Pietro brothers who's mother created many of the recipes we use in our restaurant. Her mouthwatering Italian recipes have been passed down through the family and continue to bring joy to our customers every single day.
In 2024, the restaurant was purchased by Michael Vicari and Stephen Gambino who are working hard to keep Fausto's Bistro going for another 34 years.
